Septic was installed in 1997 and inspected in 2010. $3500 in roof repairs made in 2014. in 2012 there was extensive work done to fix and adequately support windows and install proper headers. Last summer the pipes were repaired from freeze damage.
There is floor sloping in certain spots. Heating oil smell in garage (looks to be small leak). Front porch overhang (also part of the upstairs floor) needs to be better supported.
