Electric is said to be at the 90* corner. Both cabins are wired for electric with a generator. Appliances are propane - even the fridge. Listen to the not too far off dog team as they howl their thanks for breakfast and dinner. Appears to have plenty of room for a septic system if one desired to put one in.
