The kitchen sink has a buried plastic 55 gallon perforated drum for greywater. Garage/Shop is 30'x40' and heated with woodstove. However if you park a warm truck in there, the temperature will stay will above zero on the coldest of days with out cranking up the woodstove. There is a 12'x40' equipment shed attached to the garage/shop and the seller uses it fora barn to raise lambs during the colder months. The oil drip stove, 500 gallon water tanks and gasoline powered water pump in the equipment shed/barn convey with sale. There is a 12'x20' generator shack next to the garage/shop. Large generator does not convey with sale, however 2- Honda EU 2000k generators convey. They can be run in tandem if wanting to use more power such as a light welder.
