Beautiful lakefront cabin with mountain views and a beach on Lake Louise, AK! This well maintained A Frame style 900 sq ft cabin sits on 2.25 acres in K-Dee Cove on the eastern side of of the Lake. The main floor is open concept with a vaulted ceiling in the living & dining area. The kitchen has beautiful knotty pine cabinets, a newer large propane fridge, propane oven with cooktop, and a sink. The separate extra living area could also be used as a sleeping area. There's large windows for plenty of natural light, two of the bigger windows were recently replaced. And an oil stove to keep you toasty warm in the winter months.

The bathroom features a full bathtub, sink and a honey bucket area. The Seller's pump water up from the lake and run it through an on demand hot water heater which makes taking a shower and doing dishes at the cabin much more convenient. The kitchen sink, bathroom sink and bathtub all drain outside of the cabin into a crib for grey water.

The upstairs is a large loft bedroom with extra storage that is approximately half the size of the lower cabin.

The property has good ground and the beach is gravel so there's no muck to walk out in when enjoying a swim. It's also big enough to construct another cabin if desired.

Cabin is turnkey and comes with many extras including 2 Polaris wide track and 1 Yamaha Viking snow machines, two 100 gallon propane tanks, 300 gallon oil barrel for the generator, 100 gallon oil barrel for the oil stove in the cabin, tons of tools and more. Lake Louise is located 3.5 east on the Glenn Highway from Anchorage. The road turn off is approx. 30 miles before Glennallen. This is a boat, fly, snow machine, fly in property.
